








How to Register
Registering With Us Is Simple
Just call us to talk through your requirements and experience and we will either email or send you an application form (to download an application form just click here).We do need to meet everyone we register so we will ask you to come along for an informal interview with us - we will go through the application form with you, listen to your needs and preferences (you can tell us what you like and don’t like!), advise you on any concerns or queries you may have - and from this build up an accurate picture of what makes the perfect job for you. We can also discuss with you any current positions that we feel may be of interest to you.
We are more than happy to arrange interviews out of working hours or at weekends as we understand it can be very difficult to take time off work.
Remember to check below for details of the information we will require when you come to meet us (but just call if you have any queries):
- C.V. (if you have one, if not - we will be able to produce a brief one for you but also advise you on how to put your own together.
- CRB document (if available)
- Ofsted Registration (if applicable)
- Certificates of childcare qualifications/first aid etc.
- Identification Documents* (Passport, Birth certificate, Marriage certificate/change of name document (if applicable), Driving licence (if applicable) - both the paper & card version)

After we’ve met you and checked all your documentation and references we will be in a good position to match you up with families. With over 16 years of experience our success rate is excellent. We take the time to fully discuss their requirements with our clients (the families) so we know exactly what they are looking for and whether they will suit you and vice versa.We will never just send your details to a client without making sure with you that you are happy and confident to be put forward to the position. When a family wishes to interview you - we are here to make the whole process as smooth and trouble free as possible. We will make sure you have all the information and background on the job that you need and help you with any interview techniques (you can find our interview guide here) and arrange the initial contact with the family.
After your interview with a family - we will get their feedback on you and will ask you for your thoughts as well - and liaise with you both regarding second interviews.
We do not stop working for you even after you have found and accepted a position - we are always here for advice and back-up and are here to support you through all aspects of employment. We can advise on contracts, insurance, holiday entitlements, salaries/ increases, benefits/expenses, PAYE, all your statutory rights as an employee... and anything else you might want to discuss with us! We can also put you in touch with other nannies if you are working in an area that you are unfamiliar with. Just call us whenever you need us!...
