What do I do next?

If you would like to come into the office to meet us just ring us to arrange a time. Otherwise just call us and once we've discussed all your requirements in detail with you and advised you on your best solution - we can then focus on matching potential candidates for you to interview. This shortlisting process is ongoing until you are absolutely sure you have found the right person. New candidates are always registering with Network 0 to 5 so it is important that we keep you updated on any potential new candidates for you to consider.

The next step will be to contact you with Profiles of the candidates we believe match your requirements in every sense.

We can email or send these profiles which will also include C.V's and written references where applicable. We will also discuss, and talk through with you, all the potential candidates - including their background, experience, personality and salary requirements.

It is entirely up to you to decide if you then want to proceed onto the interviewing stage. It is only with your consent that we would pass your name, telephone number and personal details onto the candidates that you wish to follow up. We can arrange for the candidates to contact you, or alternatively we can fix up interviews for you at convenient times. We will obtain feedback from candidates and keep you fully informed of their situation.

We are always available for advice and information throughout the whole process to make sure everything runs smoothly and we are always on hand to provide advice and back-up after the candidate starts work.

There is no registration fee - an introduction fee is only applicable on successful placement of a candidate.
